Hi everyone, I've never posted here before but was wondering.... I will be 6 wks pp on wed. My Dr ok'ed low impact at 4 wks and running at 6. I ran this weekend I know a couple days early very short and slow run. Ive been a distance runner for years. What I did was very slow and easy. I had pressure in my rectum..... Didn't need to have a BM but just pressure had a to stop and just give up on the run. The pressure didn't resolve immediaty afterwards. Any one else experience this when starting to run after preg? I go to Dr wed and will let her know but was just curious. Tia
