Hello ladies! It's been a long weekend for me! A lot going on...
I have been at my terrible job for 6 years and have been hating and waiting very impatiently to get pregnant and then go on maternity leave and collect disability and then not go back. But with great old IF its not coming as quick as I need it. Well I literally had a nervous breakdown on Thursdsy after getting lectured by my boss that my work wasn't caught up yet. She knows everything that I am going through and why I was out for the 4 days for my ER and ET. Well I came home hysterical crying and had a nervous breakdown and told my husband I am giving my 2 weeks. We have been trying to play it all out and figure out if financially if we can do it for now. I can work at my brother and sister in laws daycare come September as their director for much less money but it was my plan all along when I had a baby so I can have more flexibility to be a some what stay at home mom with a small salary. I just can't handle the stress of all this and that job at once. I'm also trying to take a deep breath and remember I am all hormonal and this is all magnified right now! So still up in the air about all that but it's all been tough...
As far as my FET, I had an apt yesterday morning and my lining is over an 8! So I am scheduled to have the transfer on Friday the 28th! I start the PIO tonight and I am a little freaked out!! Advice is welcomed! I also start to take my zpack and Medrol.
Gosh I know this post is huge but I have been Mia for a few days on here! I also freaked out a bit bc last night we BD'ed and I had some spotting!? I was never told not to BD before transfer just only after the ET. I am only on Estrace right now. Is this okay?! I hope I didn't mess anything up!

April 18 - tentative start date for injections
Tentative IVF dates: ER - 4/27 and ET - 5/3!! DELAYED.

May 17 - started injections!

1st u/s 7/16/13 - 2 sacs with yolks! 1 smaller than the other - Possible Twins?!
2nd u/s 7/26/13 - 1 healthy baby with heartbeat of 123bpm! Second sac empty. Next u/s 8/5/13.
8/5/13 (7w2d) - no heartbeat. Lost our precious LO :-/
D&C on 8/12/13 - finally neg hcg 2 months later on 10/3/13.
Saline Songram on 10/10/13 - found polyp :-( post-poned again.
Hysteroscopy on 10/29/13.
FET #2 - BFP!!!! :-)
Beta #1 - 265, Beta #2 - 692
12/24-12/28 (6w) - lost our LO (2nd miscarriage in a row)
RPL panel and Karyotyping; results all normal!
Started bcp's 1/24/14; saline sonogram 1/30/14 - All clear!!
IVF #2 02/15/14; ER 02/26/14 - freeze all due to mild OHSS.
7 blasts; PGD on all 7 - all 7 normal!!!
FET #3 4/8/14; BFP!! :-)
Beta #1 - 235, Beta #2 - 539
1st u/s - It's TWINS!!!!
2nd u/s- both babies measuring on track! Heartbeats of 118 and 122!!
EDD: Christmas Day!!!

Sounds like a terrible situation at your job. Stress is the last thing you need a week before your transfer. Hope you gain some clarity about what to do and feel less stressed soon!
Congrats on you FET being on Friday!! A lining of 8 is awesome!! See my post on the PIO injections thread for my recommendations. They aren't that bad but I get sore the following day. Good luck!!!

Married June 2011 Dx: anovulatory due to prolactinoma (1.5cmx 1.5cm in 2006)
April 2012: MRI- questionable cyst 8mg by 12mm in pituitary ; referred to RE by Ob-gyn after amenorrhea x 4+ months, provera ineffective, low estrogen level
cycle 1: May 2012, clomid 50mg; cycle cancelled, thin lining, no response
cycle 2: June 2012, femara 5mg; cycle cancelled, no response
cycle 3: July 2012, femara 7.5mg; cycle cancelled (largest folli on Cd12 & cd 16: 11, lining 4)
Repeat MRI July 25,2012- Cyst unchanged, likely old infarction.
Aug. 8: met with RE, move to injectables if HSG and SA normal
Aug. 23: HSG all clear; DH- perfect
Switched to a new RE in early Sept. IVF here we come
Genetic testing reveals: Fragile X- Intermediate risk/grey zone.
IVF#1: ER 11/30: 14 retrieved, 10 mature, 7 fertilized. E2 prior to trigger 5200. Decision made to freeze 6 embryos and transfer later due to OHSS.
IVF#1.2/FET #1: estrogen injects start 1/18, FET delayed to try to thicken lining. lining 5.4mm. FET- 2/18- transferred one 3AA expanded blast. BFP 5dp5dt. Beta #1- 2/27 9dp5dt- 102.27 beta #2 3/1: 147
FET # 2: endometrial scratch 5/6, added estrace vaginally and ASA to delestrogen and PIO. June 10- transferred one 4AA hatched embryo, BFP 4dp6dt, Beta 1 (9dp6dt) 187, Beta 2 (11dp6dt): 412; Beta 3 (15dp6dt ): 4452. U/S #1- one beautiful embryo with a heartbeat of 133 at 7 weeks. 8 weeks: heartbeat 156. EDD 2/26/2014: born 2-3-14 induced due to Pre-E and HELLP at 36w5d.
12/1: met with RE to discuss trying for #2
I'm sorry for the terrible job!! I was in your same shoes and just started a new job that I love! The new place even gave me this week off (claimed I had a vacation planned) so that I can take this week easy after today's FET.
GL with the FET on the 28th!! For the PIO it's not too too bad, but I am pretty sore!! Try to warm it up before and massage the area after!!
I'm so sorry you had such a terrible time with the work related stuff and I hope things get better. It seems like you have a good plan.
