How to find a nanny?

Anyone use a nanny or babysitting service? We'll be going this route for this baby rather than daycare but I'm anxious.....any sites you recommend for finding the right person?

I think a lot of ppl check out care.com or sittercity.com for nanny services. What area do you live in? I know a infant/preschool teacher who is seeking a nanny position.
