Adoption Ticker?

What the heck? I know there was an adopting ticker option somewhere, but where is it? I've been wandering around the site. Do I use TTC (even tho we actively aren't)? Silly Bump.

    A lot of us use lilypie.com. They have tons of ticker options, including adoption.
