AF on CD37 when I don't usually even HAVE a CD37

I'm just really frustrated right now. Here I was thinking that there was no way AF could possibly show up because it was so late, my cycles have never been longer than 35 days, and then suddenly on day 37 on the way to visit some friends for a beach day of all things there it is. I looked down and saw the red and somehow just felt numb.

It's been a year since endo reared its ugly head. I think what is the toughest to deal with is not even the repeated BFN's themselves, weird as that may sound, it's what endo is doing to my body. In the past two weeks leading up to AF I have had lower back pain, uterine cramping, bloating, frequent urination, fatigue, extremely painful breasts and some minor nausea. I'm not even on any types of medication right now, this is just what happens to my body every month. I feel like if I could somehow eliminate the symptoms I would be okay, but having to deal with this every time is just so stressful. Only DH and my best friend (she has PCOS and can sympathize with my struggles) know about the endo and that I am TTGP - I just don't want to share any of this with anyone else so I tell people that DH and I are not sure if we want kids to get them to leave us alone.

Sigh. Just had to get that out, thanks for listening.

I am so sorry you are having a rough day.  Infertility and the causes of it are such difficult personal struggles.  Be extra kind to yourself today maybe a extra glass of wine and/or a mani pedi.  ((((HUGS))))
