TTC for the first time

I am so very excited that my husband and I are now trying to conceive. I am 7dpo currently, and VERY exhausted for no reason at all. I am hoping that it may be an early sign, though my hopes may be a bit too high. I know not to look for nausea anymore as I tend to have it two weeks out of the month on and off anyway. But today I my temperature was slightly higher, my heart seemed to be pounding, I was light headed and dizzy to the point of it even getting on my nerves. I had to even call the hubby in to drive me around because I did not trust myself with how tired and exhausted I was. Am really hoping that this month might be the month!
