risk for preemie questions

Hello ladies! I'm writing because I'm nervous that I may be on the verge of having a preeminent. Recently admitted with PTL, discharged on bed rest, 30weeks, negative FFN. My question what should I expect if I do deliver in the next week or so? Very nervous...
