I had one for my son and loved it but got rid of all our baby stuff because I didn't think I would ever have more kids.

I found one on craigslist for 10.00 including the tray... Deal or no deal?

That's about what they go for used, new they are like 30-40$ it's ridiculous.

Although now they come with all sorts of ridiculous warnings that they are a "FLOOR SEAT" because kids were left up on counters/etc and falling.

I would get it. We used ours a lot for about 3 months, so if you can get it cheaper I would. FYI there was a recall and they sent out this little buckle thing. Pretty much stupid parents put the kid in the bumbo on a table and walked away. And the kid fell out. So yeah, we got the buckle but never used it because dd was always in it on the floor and supervised.

We have one but only used it once or twice for DD. Her leg rolls were too chunky and when we went to pull her out the seat came with her!

I think they started putting seat belts in the new ones.  I think as long as you are safe and use common sense, they are fine and I'd go ahead and buy that $10 one!

Did your first like it? I have a similar one from mamas and papas, but P never had more than a passing interest in it.
