Sword Fish

DH and I are planning to have sword fish for diner tonight, DS is 1, can he have that? he eats other fish, but I've never given him sword fish before.

Just checking since I know I was supposed to limit that kind of food when I was pregnant.

nevermind...it is apparently 1 of 4 fish not to feed your LO...I guess I'm making something special for DS tonight!

 

The 4 are:

• Shark
• Swordfish
• Tilefish
• King mackerel
