I don't drink that much normally - sometimes one glass of wine in the evening and maybe a glass of wine when we go out to dinner. That is about it.
I have continued doing this while TTC but have recently read a few articles recommending abstaining from alcohol altogether when TTC. We did manage to get PG a few months ago and I stopped altogether once I got a BFP, but then miscarried a couple of weeks later.
Because I had a loss, I don't mind being ultra cautious this time around so if I don't drink at all that is fine with me. Just curious about others' thoughts on the subject.

This made me LOL...I only have one, but I know just what you mean.
I have mostly abstained in the last 2 years. Occasionally one during AF or pre O. But since I have more ability to control alcohol then caffeine or sweets, I have just avoided in general. Also made it much easier overall people in general just saw me stop so if I ever did get BFP there would be no suspicion.

With DS I got a BFN and had a few beers that night. The next week I was still waiting fir my period. I tested again and got a BFP. I know it's technically fine but I never want to feel that level of guilt and shame if I can help it.
