Over the past few months I have had really bad PMS.  Like it starts 10 days before my period with cramps and sometimes very light spotting.  I also get extremely moody to where I feel like I am just gonna completely breakdown.  I am on the pill, the same pill that I have been on for a long time so I don't think it is this.  Anybody have any ideas what could cause this?

Also, my anxiety kicks my while PMSing.

What pill are you on? The hormone levels could not be working for you anymore and you need re-adjusted.

I am on Ortho Tri Cyclen.  I didn't know that could happen.

Yep, hormones change, especially when on BC.

I have thought about PMDD, I do suffer from anxiety and depression anyway, have my entire life.  Thanks.
