5 weeks seems early to have many symptoms at all other than a missed period... My ms just started like a couple days ago and is better some days than others. But like pp said, you may never have it.

Thanks ladies!! Being a first timer I am scared about everything because DH and I have gone through so much to get pregnant. Our "little monkey" is due right around the same time my FIL passed away unexpectedly.
I've had a few bouts with nasuea but I eat something and it goes away. My other friends got sick all the time. I had two that had to be admitted into the hospital for being so sick.
I got a little nausea at the beginning of my 6th week and it pretty much went away once I hit week 7. I am 7 weeks 5 days and this week has been a breeze...no nausea at all. I'm exhausted and all I want to do is sleep but that's about it for me...fingers crossed you're a lucky one!
Every pregnancy is different. You may never have it
Exactly. With my first I never felt any m/s until way later & that was only when I let myself get too busy & forget to eat something.
This time, I was already feeling a little nausea right away. I've read that some people experience "implantation sickness." Not sure if that is true, but if it is I think I had that going on. But when week 6 hit, m/s hit me like a ton of bricks. I luckily never really got to the point of actually throwing up, but it was 24/7 nausea. It only just started to fade within this last week or so. I stil have a bad episode here & ther in the mornings though. basically anytime I'm feeling really tired.
Re: Should I?
this. baby 1- not even a little bit sick. baby 2- threw up every morning! baby 3- feel nauseous if i don't eat every few hours.
