Allergist update

The allergist had a cancellation so we got squeezed in. She did a skin test and Kelsey is allergic to egg and salmon. Add that to DD1's gluten and dairy intolerances we have some tricky feeding here! Hopefully eliminating those foods will clear up or drastically improve her rashes.

Oh boy, that is tricky! Is your DD1 likely to outgrow her intolerances? We are currently dairy, soy, egg, peanut, and wheat free so let me know if you want some recipes, too! We have archived MSPI mamas check ins on the blog (mspimoms.blogspot.com) and we talk a lot about recipes, so that might be helpful.

Excited, I think a lot of kids are sensitive to citrus and tomatoes, because of the acidity. DS gets diaper rash and a little rash on his cheeks when I give him citrus, I haven't tried tomatoes. My nieces got diaper rash from tomato when they were little but they're fine with it now.

Hopefully all the munchkins will grow out of these issues.. I'm lucky that so far we haven't found anything he is allergic to..EXCEPT diaper changes lol
