My babies are 8.5 months old now. I BF twice a day and pump only once during the 8 hour work day. I was doing 3 pump sessions and life is so much better now with only one pump session, but of course I feel a bit guilty now that my milk supply has dropped considerably. Just wondering where everyone else is.

How old is your LO? 4 months today

How many times per day do you BF LO? I BF 3-5 times a day maybe. His sleep is all over the place so it just depends on the night.

How many times per day do you pump? I am pumping 3x a day most days now that we just moved into a new building and I have my own office. Before I was really only pumping twice a day in a spare room. Once a day if I was really slacking. It's so hard to get out and pump if you aren't in your own office so I totally understand! I wouldn't stress about it. Even once a day is great and you've already made it 8.5 months with twins! You deserve a medal.

How old is your LO? He will be 8 months next week

How many times per day do you BF LO? I BF him 3 times a day on work days. 5 times on weekends. Unless he wakes in the MOTN to eat. That happens about once or twice a month. (I would like to drop one BF a day in a month or two in favor of solids. I BF right when I get home from work, and right before he goes to bed. It feels like those feedings are "crammed" in there and we could drop one if he upped his solids intake slightly.)

How many times per day do you pump? I pump twice at work, the same number of feedings LO has while I am away. I would love to only do it once, but I am on domperidone to keep up with him. Pumping once a day would not be an option at this point. Domeperidone works VERY well for me. I would explode.

DD is almost 13 months

She nurses 2x in the morning and 1-2x in the evening (usually STTN)

Up until a few weeks ago I was pumping 3x per day at work and 1 more after she went to bed. She was MSPI so she couldn't have regular formula so I had to make sure she had enough each day. I'm now done with pumping and I can say it's awesome.

OP - Do NOT feel guilty. You're already doing double work so give yourself a break. It's really not going to matter in the long run.

How many times per day do you BF LO? Once in the morning, twice at night and then misc on the weekends.

How many times per day do you pump? 2

How old is your LO? 5 months tomorrow. Yikes!
How many times per day do you BF LO? 4 times. AM, when I get home, bedtime and overnight at least once

Don't feel guilty!

DS is 16 months and I no longer pump. THIS MAKES ME HAPPIER THAN YOU CAN IMAGINE!

Both girls weaned at or before 12 months, so I figure the 2 times he nurses each day are a huge win. Give yourself a break - you are still pumping and nursing, you are doing great.

DD is 15 months old.

I BF a lot. We co sleep and DD nurses a ton at night. She also nurses right after I get home from work and right before bed.

I don't pump. I stopped last month. I hate pumping so much and it was adding a lot of stress to my work day. I am a much happier person now that I stopped pumping.

How old is your LO? 9 mos

How many times per day do you BF LO?
4 or 5 am, 7 or 8 am, go to work, 6 pm if home on time, and bedtime.

How many times per day do you pump?
Twice at work, unless I leave early or come home late, and then it's 3x. I just recently started pumping at 11 pm to keep up because freezer stash was used up for business trip and working late nights. DS cannot have soy or dairy, he's highly allergic, and reacted horribly to formula about one month ago. So, I will be pumping a lot more and for a long time, sad to say. With DD I stopped pumping at 13 mos, and continued nursing in morning night and nap time until she was 20 mos. I was 20w preg with DS when I weaned DD!

We go to allergist on July 11, so we will see what the plan is for the BFing. I'm sure it's better for him than the elemental formulas, so it will be hard to justify less pumping to myself.

How many times per day do you BF LO? 1am, 5am, 5pm, 7pm, 9pm- 5 times on working days, 7-8 times on weekends

How many times per day do you pump? 4x, once on my way to work (hands free) and 3x at work. I get 16 oz when I pump, but LO has only been taking 12 oz at day care...so I have been freezing one bag per day which has been nice. I'd rather do it this way then lower my supply and pump less personally. That extra bag has been a life saver if I want to go out with friends or be away in the evening/weekend time.

How many times per day do you pump? Three times. On my drive to work, on my drive home from work, and before bed. Up until 7 months I was pumping twice a day at work.

I thought I would have a decrease is supply by going all day without pumping but that hasn't been the case at all.

How many Times per day- weekday-3-5 times

weekends- 8+ (i swear all he wants is Boobies)

How many times do you pump- None anymore. When I did pump at work- 2 times a day.

I think my supply is just fine. DS loves having BM all the time. He still wakes up at least 2 times a night, 1st thing in the AM for about 20 mins, right before nap time, when he wakes up from nap...and again around 6 then off and on before bed time. He is my 2nd one and i can say that I feel so connected to him and honestly feel he is more baby then my DD was at this age. I guess he is just more needey and not as independent as she was.
