You can get clicky polls to work if you click on "write a new post" and catch the page loading and stop it by clicking the red "X" at the top next to your browser bar...where www.xxxxxx is.  If you catch it loading just right it'll give you the option to add a poll.  Just clicking the poll tab, no that doesn't work and hasn't for a long time.  They're supposedly working on that...  It may take some back and forth to catch it just right, but it will work.

That is freaking ridiculous! And can I comment that autocorrect tried to change freaking to dreaming and it was so funny I almost left it.

Yay, you got it to work.  Someone on my BMB figured that out a while ago.  Yes, it's ridiculous, but it works...
