Solids Poop ?

So, Cade has started "solids" finally. We're doing BLW so right now it's not really eating, just playing and tasting. I haven't noticed anything different about his poop (other than it's going paler and not the Gerber green/grey anymore). It's still soft and mushy like formula poop would be, no chunks. Do I need be scraping or spraying this?? Or do I wait until I know he's eaten solids and notice a difference in his poop.

I didn't have the problem with my daughter. She was ploppable as a NB.

Re: Solids Poop ?

  • We sprayed pretty much right away. I know you don't need to, but we did, so solids wasn't a change for us. Bt I would say, if you are thinking about doing it, go ahead. Can't hurt. And may save a laundry headache.

  • As soon as we noticed a change in DD's poop we started spraying.

  • We just started BLW too, and I'm not spraying until his poo changes. I did see a little papaya in it the other day, and I still didn't spray it.
