Is LinkedIn Premium worth the $$ ?

I am starting a free one-month trial today. Just wondering is anyone has premium and prefers it over basic enough to pay $50/month.

It really depends on how you use LI, and what you plan to do.  I do sales/business development, and my company pays for the premium account.  I've found it to be helpful, especially when reaching out to strangers to arrange meetings at conferences and finding the proper person to speak with at a target company.  However, if I had a different role or was paying for it myself, I probably wouldn't use it.

I pay for the basic account and it has been great. I am using it for a new job, and have been messaged by some recruiters for companies.
