New and have 2 ?s early wakeups and roomsharing

Hi, my dd is almost 9 months old and we have had a really rough time with sleep from the start. During the day my daughter sleeps in her crib or on my back which works fine for us. At night she sleeps in our room in a crib maybe five or six feet away. I personally do not like bedsharing as it makes me uncomfortable physically. This works ok but it seems like she wakes up about two hours after we go to bed no matter when we go to bed... So sometimes she will first wake up around 2 and other times at 1130 or midnight. Which sucks because then she will nurse every 2 or 3 hours for te rest of the night and she needs rocked back to sleep after she nurses so nobody sleeps and it sucks much. Do other room sharing families experience this??

Second question early wakeups. She normally goes to bed around 715 and wakes up for good between 345 and 5. This is not ok. What am I supposed to do? Bed earlier? Later? She gets an appropriate amount of overall sleep although our Sundays we are not home all day so her naps are insufficient. I don't know if that is causing a buildup of over tiredness?

Just looking for some help because all my friends tell me to just sleep train. But the sleep deprivation and never sleeping more than two or so hours in a row is getting to me and i am sick so much. Thanks!

Could you sidecar the crib? Then, lo has her own sleeping space, and you can nurse side lying and scooch her into her crib when she's done. That might eliminate the rocking step. She might not wake up as much if she's sleeping closer to you too.

I would start your bed time routine earlier so that she's sleeping by 6:30. When my lo falls asleep at 7 or later, it usually means he's awake by 5 or 5:30. But if he's asleep by 6:30, then he'll sleep until 6 am.
