    Ava Elizabeth was my choice 4 1/2 years ago if my son had been a girl.  Everyone here seems to like Ava best.  Maybe I should just go with my first pick from years ago.

    Marissa!  I LOVE this name but my husband said it sounds like a slutty girl's name (WTF) so it's been vetoed.  But he's weird so pay no mind to his crazy opinion.

    Gabriella reminds me of RHONJ and Teresa's kids make me question if I ever want to have kids... little brats.

    Isabella and Ava are extremely popular and overused.

    I think Marissa is perfect - feminine and not insanely popular.

    I prefer Gabriella to Ava due to the latter's popularity.  But on its own, Ava is a great name.  Marissa is my least favorite and feels dated to me.

    Marissa.  Ava and Isabella are nice but are too popular for me right now and Gabriella is a little bit too frilly for me.
