All the lawyers out there, is this the "safe" response?

I LOVE La Mer! The response was very, very well worded which leaves them totally and completely without liability for any additional fetal heads that may grow after you use their amazing creams on your face. Wait for the Surgeon General to respond next with her pregnancy disclaimer.

The really sad thing?  The person who wrote that well-worded letter that said absolutely nothing?  Probably making six figures to write that.  UGH!!  How do I get that job?

Ugh. I miss my nice lotions. I'm using some junk I got at Whole Foods that's "chem free, fragrance free, worry free."Not a lawyer, but it's probably for the best, since I fell asleep after "However, individual medical conditions..."

ETA: it's also fun free.
