Weds workout

Another early morning workout. I was all gungho at the beginning and wanted to run 4 miles, but 1/2 way through I felt like I got hit by a truck! I ended up stopping 2 times, but in the end ran 3.1 miles and walked .5. Then did about 10 min of ab work.

Congrats to Motang for being cleared to officially workout :) Look forward to you joining the posts.

 And Congrats Jenna on fitting back into your pre-pg clothes and size small dresses at GAP! Awesome job!!!

  • I did my same work out as usual but did legs instead of arms. I am hating abs and not seeing much yet when I look in the mirror so hopefully I will soon because I hate them!

    I'm impressed with your running. :] I need to do some cardio badly.

    Just finished our 30 day shred routine for today and somehow it kicked our butts big time today! Tomorrow is a break-day, since I'll be out eating Mexican food and drinking margaritas at my moms night out :-)
