ugh this sucks- WTF! (bfp/cp mentioned) xp

So if you read my post about my bfp and was told it was a chemical pg according to my low betas on Thursday.  I went all weekend and no blood...not even a smidge.  Felt "off"...this morning.  Took a digital test this morning  and it is still positive.  I guess I should go in for additional beta's... I just want to move on!  My beta was only a 10 on thursday... how can I still be showing a positive?! Ladies who experienced a chemical.  How long does the hcg linger... I have no hope this is viable I just want to move on to the next cycle!

I have no advice to add, I just wanted to say that I am so sorry you are going through this and miracles do happen! I know the roller-coaster ride of IF sucks and you don't want to get your hopes up too high. I just hope you can get another beta, at least to see if it's going up or down. T&P are with you and even though your beta was so low, my FX are still crossed for you! Please keep us updated!

I'm sorry, as for my cp it happened quick. At 13dpo it was 43. Two days later it was 20 something andfour days later it was zero so by 19dpiui it was over.
But I think with no bleeding there is stillhope for yoi. Let us know wht second beta is. Mobile bumping

I'm so sorry you are dealing with this. I know all too well what you are dealing with.

The length of time it takes the hormone to dissipate will vary, so it's hard to say for sure how long it's going to take you to get to 0. You could call for another beta to see what's going on if it will give you some peace of mind. Unfortunately, with levels that low, there is not really anything you can do but wait it out.

I went in at lunch for another Beta....

My nurse is also confused as why I am still testing positive, haven't gotten a period etc...She said based on my beta and progesterone levels I should have had a period over the weekend and not be testing positive.  I don't feel well, but not in pain of any sort. ( could all be in my head)

There could be several reasons why this is happening  and she went over them with me.  But really we won't know anything until Beta #2 comes back in the morning.

My situation was a little different in that my my beta was 109 and began fluctuating signaling that the tissue/cells were reproducing but no viability as it was just regenerating cells (basically).  I ended up having to get a shot of methotrexate to help get rid of those cells and get to zero. Also they don't want it to rupture in your tubes and risk losing those or your health.  Kind of a worse case scenerio but it happens and you can be "fine" after.  Hopefully it will take care of itself and you can be on your way!  Man, today sucks for a LOT of 3T ladies--I hope your day gets much better and tomorrow brings good news!

I don't have any advice, but wanted to say I'm sorry you are going through this.  I would absolutely go in for another beta just so you can see what's going on!  *hugs*
