Cramping all evening and morning

This is my second miscarriage and the baby had only developed to about 6 weeks. I had previously had a miscarriage at 13 weeks so my doctor told me this one was going to be much easier physically to deal with. So far to me it's been either the same if not worse. I've had awful severe cramps since about 9pm last night, all through the night, and this morning. I've expelled so much blood and tissue bit I'm guessing the fetus itself hasn't passed since its not letting up at all! Has anyone else experienced this around 6 weeks?

This was my first miscarriage and I was 6 weeks and 2 days. I had severe cramping the first day and regular menstrual cramping the second day and I was fine after that... I only bled for 3 or 4 day and spotted for like 2 days after that... Everyone is different.

My baby only developed to about 7w, and I had intense, intense, horrendous cramps before passing the baby. Once I passed the baby, the intense cramps went away. I, too, passed a LOT of blood and clots before I passed the baby. I hope you'll find some relief soon!
