Yeast rash question

DD and I are both being treated for thrush.  She had a yeast rash last weekend - we started using lotrimin and it was gone by Tuesday.  We're using cloth with disposable liners at home, and sending sposies to daycare.

How long should we use the lotrimin?  And when can I stop using liners/sending sposies to daycare?

I used it a few days past the rash disappearing. Like, 2 or 3.

We used nyastatin and were told to continue for 2 weeks. The rash cleared up after the first week or so, but I read that you should continue using the cream for 5 days after the rash is gone. I just noticed another white area in DS's cheek yesterday, so it looks like we might be going for round 2
