This week's challenge: Sometimes, we feel better by helping others. So, this week's challenge is to volunteer, or sign up to volunteer, at an organization you care about (homeless shelter, animal shelter, church, disability organization, etc.). If you don't have the time to commit to a big event, do something small for a friend or family member who is in need (donate clothes, make a meal, run an errand, etc.).
Re: Self Care Check In
I did not think to complete last week's challenge. My DH suggested we invite our ABA therapist over for dinner on Father's Day for steaks. (She had to spend time with us on the weekend to assist in preparation for potty training and we were charting wetness in pull-ups). I am glad we had her over. It was nice to appreciate her.
This week's challenge, I am not sure what will happen.
