Fish

Is there a limit on how much fish our toddlers should consume? DD loves it and it is usually my go to for her when we are running late or having something she doesn't like. I hate fish, but I think she would eat it every day. I give her the Gortons seasoned filets of tilapia, salmon and haddock, or she eats tilapia fish sticks, or she will eat some of the frozen trader joes cod pieces that DH makes into some kind of west African sauce. None of those are species that have high rates of bio-accumulation for mercury, but do I still need to limit?

I would think there isn't really a need to limit since they're not high in mercury.  That's the only concern I've ever heard of with fish, especially since it's so healthy in so many other ways.  I would probably try not to overdo it only because I know lots of people who ate so much of something when they were little that they then avoided it for years and years after.  Plus I try not to do the same thing every single day just for variety of tastes/nutrients.  But it sounds like your DD is in good shape for variety anyway.
