Hcg levels

I'm so confused on what's happening... I found out I was pregnant at 5weeks on may 27th got my blood work done on may 29th and It was an 84 low got my second blood work June 1st and they had dropped to a 44. Went to the hospital the day after June 2 and that is when they told me I was possibly in the middle of a miscarriage. Got blood work done that day as well and my levels dropped to a 22. I bled heavily with cramps for 2 days after that then some light spotting....

I went for blood work last Wednesday so a week and a half after my miscarriage and my levels went up to a 55. What does this mean my doctor hasn't even called to explain. Is this normal?

    That happened to me too and it was an ectopic pregnancy.  I hope that is not what you are going through, but please call your doctor.  An ectopic can be dangerous.
