Does anyone work evening shift?

Does anyone here work evening shift (3-11PM, 11AM-11PM, etc)? If so, how does that work with your baby's schedule? Do they go to bed later and wake up later? Or do you still put them to sleep early and wake up early with them?

My schedule is like this. Ftm mom in October, so I'm a little worried about shifting things around with baby.
