The Help is one of my favorite movies! And I loooooooooove the name of the little girl one of the main characters takes care of. May Mobely. I'm sure my husband and family would think its weird but one can dream!

Omg, I bawl EVERYTIME I watch The Help. SOOOO GOOD!!!!!!

I think the name May is darling, especially as a middle name, but I like it as a first name too! Mobely is pushing it IMO, but your DH might go along with May and another name!

No! You should watch it CV. It's not like Divine Secrets of the YaYa Sisterhood, not even like Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants! It's suuuuuuuper good.

The only bad thing about the movie is Emma Stone's southern accent!

I like May as a middle name. But I agree that May Mobely is pushing it.

CV, I also avoid "mom's night out" lit/movies - but The Help was really terrific. The book is well written and just intriguing. The movie did come close, but I don't think there was really a way to capture the writing style on film. FWIW, DH really liked it too. He didn't expect to.

Even my dh loves that movie! And he's one of the biggest critics I know!
May is such a beautiful name! Ill keep my fingers crossed your dh goes for it !
