Alrighty y'all. Got a question. 

We ended up having an emergency C-section last April when DD was born, she is now 13 months. We are getting ready to move and we were cleaning out a closet and I found thank you notes from her baby shower at church. We were going to send them out last April, and then she came and they got stuffed in the bottom of a basket and completely forgot about. 

I feel awful, embarrassed, ungrateful, you fill in the blank, I probably feel that way. 

DH and I are split. I say it's been over a year, it would be even more rude to send them now, people have probably forgotten about them. He says drop them in the mail.

How many are there? If it's like ten or fifteen I would probably rewrite them and give a little blurb about what happened.

If it's a ton then I might just leave it alone since it's been so long.

No matter how many there are, I would drop them in the mail with a brief explanation about what happened. I would rather get a late TY note than be completely ignored.
