Making foaming soap

I think I saw a recipe on here at one point for how to make regular soap into foaming soap.  I have a TON of regular baby wash, but DD loves the foaming stuff. I have a foaming pump bottle, but how do I mix of the soap?

    I do a ratio of one quarter or one third soap to water. I also use bronner's. Make sure to leave a little space at the top of the bottle. We only use foamy soap anymore. I think it works so well w little kids and hand washing.

    Has to be a foaming pump. I just reuse a store bought foaming pump, Method's used tif be good but I recently had one crap out on me. You can also buy fancier foaming soap bottles on amazon, but reusing one is going to be cheaper.
