I wrote a special letter to Avery this morning. (see link below) I also posted on PL and SAL. I felt the best way to honor the one I lost was to share her story and continue to give her life weight and meaning.

My god, Andra, I'm reading through your blog and just crying and crying. You are doing a beautiful job of documenting Avery's life. She'll appreciate it so much.

I just read your letter to your little girl. A year ago today, I too lost my my little one at 9w3d. I hadn't considered writing a letter to my DS telling him about the brother or sister he would have had, but we had planned to tell him when he was old enough to understand. We haven't forgotten about our loss, but feel like God helped us replace our sad memories with a bunch of great ones. Thank you for sharing.
