Joseph, goes by Joe or Joey with his parents. Wants to have a Joseph IV but not happening. His grandfather was Joseph. Dad joe. Him Joey. What's the baby supposed to go by without getting super confusing? Jrs aren't for me...
Winslow. It was his grandmother's maiden name. I think I've seen it once in all the years I've been posting here, and I remember being really surprised.
I don't see it very often. I find it kind of dated and he also doesn't like it. He says it sounds like a dog's name to him. I like the meaning - it's a variation on Mac'Otto, a Holy Roman Emperor.
His MN is Thomas, a family name. His Father and Grandfather's FNs are Thomas. We also gave Thomas as a MN to our first born, Nathanael.
Anthony, goes by Tony. I've seen it a few times on the board.
My husband is also Anthony. His family calls him Tony but he actually prefers Anthony and introduces himself as such. He's also often called by his last name.
Okay, I can't believe that responding so late - that I am the first (I think) to say that their husband's name is John. PP said that was her husband's name, but I feel that every other man I meet between 30-40 is John or Jon. (Okay, maybe that number's a bit high, but still.
Re: What is your DH's name?

I think I saw it once when someone was asking if it was a "dated" name. I love it though.
I'm married to a Cody.

My husband's name is Arnold. I haven't seen it at all, even as a middle name
Grady
I am shocked at how often I see it here. There are 2 on my BMB.
I've only met one other one IRL
My husband is also Anthony. His family calls him Tony but he actually prefers Anthony and introduces himself as such. He's also often called by his last name.

It is a good strong name though.
