Is it possible to find a new pediatrician?  I figure if my ears hurt I'd want my mama too.  Poor kiddo.

I might also be looking for a pedi if I were you.  It just doesn't sound like the right fit for you.  Have you tried the Sleep Lady Shuffle or reading the No Cry Sleep Solution?  I think in any sleep training there is some crying involved but shutting the door and sitting on the other side of the house doesn't sit well with me either.  And how is Chase's leg?

I'm sorry about the no sleep. And I'm even more sorry your pedi didn't have any good advice to give you. I hope you are able to find a doctor who actually cares about your values.

Hey everyone. I wish I could get a new pediatrician. Unfortunately we have 1 peds clinic in our whole town of 50,000 people. We spend months on a wait list just for this guy. I was really frustrated with him that day but normally he is really great. He is the one who caught Chase's bacterial meningitis after another doctor at that peds clinic missed it.

His leg seems fine now. Still not sure what it was that caused it to hurt but he hasn't had any trouble with it in a few days thankfully.
