    I was super sick for 7 months with my LO as well, so I feel your pain.  Good luck and I hope you get the job! 

    I agree to tell them once you get/accept an offer.

    Eating always has helped to stave of my nausea. I would not tell them until the LATER of 1) you are ready to announce to the public or 2) You get a firm offer that you have accepted.

    I would not change when I tell anyone based on it being a new job.  Do your planning, then release that information when you are comfortable.  The job hunt should not change your timeline for sharing the news with anyone IMO.
