Grovia AIO Fit

I got a Grovia AIO with one of my KC orders, and it turns out I really like it!  The fit is so trim and it's super absorbent.  I was thinking I might get a few more, but I'm hesitant because it seems like there's no way this is actually going to fit until potty training.  If it's this trim on my 5 month old, I can't imagine it actually fitting on, say a two year old.  Has anyone had good experiences using their Grovias on bigger kids?

Re: Grovia AIO Fit

  • I don't have any experience yet, but I am hoping I love my GroVia AIOs also.  I got one free from KC and really liked the look and feel of it so I grabbed a couple more.

What I am wondering is will those side-flex panels work on the AIOs to help extend them.   I know they are for the trainers, but I've wondered this....

  • I have one for one baby due in oct and I tried it on my 2 yr old dd last night! She is 30 lbs and really tall. I thought for sure it wouldn't fit but it actually did and very well even!

  • No experience with Grovia, but I always thought the same thing about Fuzzibunz. I do know plenty of people who use them on their older kiddos without any issues, which surprised me because of how trim they are on DS.

  • I got a Grovia AIO from a KC freebie as well and really really liked it...the fit looked good, but after I took it off I noticed the elastic really cut into her thighs, and it looked really uncomfortable. She's almost 17 months, 29 lbs, and 34 inches tall, and her legs aren't skinny by any means. I'm looking forward to using it on little sister when she fits into OS, though. I'm hoping that using it on a smaller baby as she grows, the leg elastics will wear out a bit and fit #2 for longer.

Edit: As a side note, we have the old style FB Elite that we just got a couple months ago, and they still fit her great!

  • My DS is 16 months, 25lbs and fairly average in size - not chunky, not skinny.  Our Grovia AIOs fit great.  We are still on the mid rise snap.  As for the waist snaps, we do the third snaps in...unless he's just had a big meal, and then we do the third snaps in on one side and the second snaps in on the other. Haha!
  • What is this KC you all keep talking about?  I have the Grovia hybrids but if I can get an AIO for free to try.. maybe worth looking into.
