How long will mashed banana stay good in the fridge? If I mash one tonight will it be ok to send to daycare tomorrow?

Why not just mash it in the morning? It's not that hard

Yes they will be fine. They can be stored in the fridge for 48 hours.

Very true! But I already get up at 4:30 am because I start work very early in the morning. So the more I can do at night the better!
