Canadian Test Results

Any chance anyone knows how to convert Canadian test results for FSH, Estrogen, LH, DHEA and TSH? For example, my estrogen came back at 3.0 but I read online it should be 30-400 but my doctor says it's normal so the units MUST be off. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I think most of the measurements are the same. The biggest one is E2. You divide your Canadian number by 3.67 to get your US number...however, I'm not sure how you had an E2 of 3. Generally speaking, you would have a measurement of about 200 (canadian) for each mature follie. Are you using ART? Maybe they are telling you in thousands, so your measurement is actually 3000?
