Where do you change your baby when out in public?

Do you use those diaper changing stations in the public restrooms?

I know the car or stroller are a possibility, but what if you do if you don't have either with you?

I've changed LO outside on a towel, but that was when the weather was nice.

I normally wipe down the the changing station and use that if its available if there's not one I just go into a stall and use my lap.

kind of a PITA but ya do what ya got to!

I've changed her on picnic table benches, the seat of my car, the trunk of the car, the floor of cleaner bathrooms, and all else fails just on the ground with my changing pad.

I've used the diaper changing stations with my own cover.  I have antibacterial baby safe wipes.  Normally I'm not a big germaphobe but some of those are disgusting and I don't think they get cleaned very often.  I've used the ground/floor a couple times when there was no other option.  I try to use the bathroom or car when I can but if that's not an option I just do the best I can.

I have a fold up diaper pad (one of the nice ones with the pocket that holds diapers and wipes, as well as a scented bag dispenser for poopy dipes). I just lay that bad boy down on the changing station and go to town.

I've done it at changing stations once or twice, most of the time in the back of the van.  The other day there was no where to do it in the store I was in so I used one of the tables in their classroom.  I cleaned up before and after of course.

I've used it all: changing stations, back of my Santa Fe, on the grass. I do whatever works!

I have disposable changing pads that I keep in the diaper bag if I have to use the changing station. I usually try to change him in the car though.

I don't use the station because my kid is cray-cray when I change his diaper.

I usually change him in the car, in the backseat, where he has limited space to move. I've changed him once in the stroller and hated it. I'm never without my car or the stroller, so I don't know what I'd do without either of them (wait...when we're in church, I use the floor in the mother's room, with our changing pad on top of it).

We have a changing pad in the diaper bag, but I hardly use it.

What others said. Once he can walk, I'll change him standing up. I actually change him while he's standing at his activity table sometimes. But only when there's no poop.

If a changing table at a bathroom is not available, I've done it on the bathroom sink counter and also in the back of our car.  We have SUV's.
