Montessori books

Hi all
I wanted to pick up some books to learn more about bringing up baby/toddler using the Montessori method. Have you read any books that you would recommend? Dd is 9 months.
Thanks!

Montessori From the Start by Paula Polk Lillard - it's the best for 0-3.

  • Montessori From The Start is a great one. The Absorbent Mind & The Secret of Childhood by Maria Montessori.. How To Raise An Amazing Child The Montessori Way by Tim Seldon.

I would also recommend looking up Michael Olaf's stuff and following some Montessori blogs like Feeding The Soil and How We Montessori.

  • Oh, and I just wanted to say if you have any questions, feel free to PM me! I'm licensed to be a Montessori guide (ages 3-6) and DD has a floor bed and Montessori style room :)

  • Thank you for all Rolf the suggestions! And for the offer to pm... About to send one right now as a floor bed and montessori room set up is what I'm most interested in! Thanks!
  • No problem!
