1st Appt. Questions

Hi all! I'm 8 weeks, 35 yo and pg w/ our 2nd.

Our 1st appt is tomorrow morning so I'm trying to gather my thoughts/questions.

Since it's been 5 years since my last pregnancy I need help thinking if any questions I might want to bring up but can't come up with them right now.

I have MaterniT21 questions and basic sono/what other testing will a 35 yr old be offered.

Sorry if I don't make sense we just got home from a 6 hour road trip i'm beat!

I would just ask what different care they provide for those over 35. From reading on here some clinics don't do much different but in my case I turned 35 in the middle of this pregnancy and they act like I'm a 60 year old woman. 

For me it was just additional blood tests, an early ultrasound and if I had any questionable results I could have done the amnio or MaterniT21.

Sorry I didn't see this before your appt but welcome to the board and congrats. You will probably think of new questions each time you see your dr, I know I have. Also, my dr doesn't mind at all if something comes up and I call to ask the nurse, so don't feel like you have to get all your questions out at one time.
