I am also on mobile so I understand where you're coming from! It was v shocking fri, he just let me take her. No issued except my heightened anxiety. Since then, I did get an angry email but I laughed at it, it was very stupid. Now I got another one but no response is required so I am ignoring.

That's great! I'm glad you stood your ground and things went smoothly. Hopefully this won't cause him to be hateful when dealing with makeup days later on.

And totally just an observation.  In this blended world many of us seem to take some responsibility for the actions of other parties.  IE, we do what we are supposed to do, and when that freaks other people out and they behave badly, we attribute some causation, which sometimes implies control over other people's reactions or blame.  I really think that in most blended situations, the emotionally charged interactions inherently end up with strange reactions, over reactions, hateful behavior, etc. from time to time - if there's not a solid co parenting framework.  I hate it, but the whole causation thing always tweaks me a bit.

Stay the course with ignoring - even though it might fan the flames.
