ON diaper for a wiggler?

Any recommendations for a good ON diaper for the wigglest baby on Earth? DD pitches a huge fit when we try to put our current ON fitted bumboo diaper on her and she wiggles the whole time so getting it snapped right then the cover on right is getting really difficult. The elastic is warn out and the edges are rough.
I'm looking for something easy to put on, will hold, and maybe grow with her.
We don't like AIOs. They take forever to dry here.

We use Sbish snapless. I try to distract DS with toys and songs while I am fastening the diaper.

I have one fleece DryBees pocket diaper. Sometimes I stuff it with my bamboo Old School Cool inserts and use it as an overnight diaper. It's nice because it's velcro and just one thing to put on her. And I have an idea to make kind of a pocket pull-up fleece diaper for overnight so that we can change her without having to pin her to the floor. But so far that's only an idea - haven't made it, let alone tried it out yet.

I like the idea of a one peice diaper, since that should be easier to get on when DD is doing her crocodile death roll. I am not sure how well a snapless would stay put while I am trying to get the cover on while she is moving a ton.
We already have a few pocket diapers. What inserts would be best to use? Are there any particular brands? Or do you think I could cut up our old worn out bumboo and make inserts from that and have a similar absorbancy?

For ON, a prefold wrapped around a doubler would probably be your best bet as an insert.
