Came across this and it appears I would qualify. I thought I'd share in case someone is interested. There are no participating clinics in my state, but free IVF would be worth traveling for. Anyone heard of it or have more info?

You may be eligible for the Thrive-IVF Research Study if you:
Study participants will be required to make approximately 11 clinic visits in the Thrive-IVF Research Study.
Qualified participants will receive IVF medications and study medication at no cost and IVF procedures at no cost or at a substantially reduced cost.
Women who are pregnant at the end of the Thrive-IVF study can participate in the Thrive-IVF Follow-up Study to monitor the progress of their pregnancies.
The Thrive-IVF Research Study is evaluating the effectiveness, safety, and tolerability of an investigational medication in women who have had repeated IVF failures despite having good-quality embryos. The investigational medication is being evaluated to determine if it improves your chances of getting pregnant after IVF.

I filled out the request online, too, and spoke with a guy about it today. He said the drug is similar to neupogen. He called it "granulocyte stimulating factor" or something like that. He said it's a man-made reproduction of something the body makes naturally to prevent an immune response from the body rejecting the embryo. It would be given by injection for 28 days starting on the day of transfer. I seem to qualify and he told me to give him a call if I want to be screened for their study. Interesting...
