Anyone use acquarella nail polish?

I just started and I am doing the nail prep with their remover and nail conditioner.  It is SO HARD to get the conditioner off!  It takes about 10 minutes.  I tried moistening my nails with the remover first, as it says on the bottle, but it still seems to take a while.  So, I have a few questions...1 - are there any tricks to get the conditioner off easier?  2 - is it this hard to get the nail polish off too?  3 - once you start using the nail polish, do you use the conditioner in between painting your nails?  Thanks!

I have used it but it is such a pain that I rarely do. Unfortunately, I don't have any tricks.
