for mobile: crafty diyers - a question.

I want to make a roman shade for a window, but I want it to sit at the bottom of the window and be pulled up to the top (so basically upside down from normal).  Has anyone seen a diy template for that?  bonus points if it doesn't require a sewing machine.

This is how I made roman shades for my sons room. I have no idea how to get it to go bottom to top, though
