Not a fan.  Jayla seems made up and kind of juvenile.  What do you mean by "match your husband"?  That might help people give some other suggestions.

I always consider names like this kinda on the trashy side, which includes Shayla, Layla, and Kayla.
I'm not sure why because I know one Jayla and a few Kayla's and they are all nice and not trashy.

I would assume a teen mom named the baby (but I ran into a lot of similar names during our hospital stay - Jaylynn, Jaylee, etc. and the moms were young). My favorite J name is Julianna.

I had a friend named Jayla when I was in highschool.  It was wasn't spelled like that , it was something like Jaalah. But overall, I have no problem with it.
