Hey mamas of cat nappers,
So when did your LO begin to do the serious nap struggle? Before at least I got the 45 minutes, but now she's 30 minutes unless I hold her-even then it's still just 30 minutes. FUN. She's only up 90 minutes at the most. if I put her down earlier she just chats it up in her crib, fusses and falls asleep around 90-100 minutes. Do you think I should try LONGER awake time? Like maybe she's not tired enough? she starts having drowsy signs around a hour-75 minutes so I thought I was hitting the right time but maybe she's just bored.
Who knows. I thought it was annoying before at the 45 minute but now she's not even hitting that....

Re: 13 weeks and started to really fight naps
Maybe it's not the length of waketime, but rather the quality of the waketime, that's the issue. What do you do with her when she's awake? Is she stimulated enough? I've definitely noticed that my baby goes down easier and stays asleep longer when he's been stimulated.
We play on the playmat, do tummy time, go for stroller walks, talk and sing to each other, go to the grocery store, etc...
