Hi! My name is Jodi! My husband and I have been using condoms or withdrawal method for our year an a half marriage and w started trying this week. I'm super excited but strangely terrified of morning sickness. I'm a teacher and we are hoping to conceive quickly and have that sickness part pass before I go back to work in the fall.

Also a teacher and just stopped my lay pack. Juggling my job and the potential pregnancy/baby is at the top of my worry list as well! Good luck!

I'm new as well! I'm with you an dreading the morning sickness, I know it's well worth it and I suppose is a good thing but that doesn't make it an enjoyable part...

Hope you get pregnant soon before you have to head back to teaching

I Had to take some meds where the side effect was nausea. To get through it I ate flavor ice Popsicles all day long. I hope it has the same effect. My friend said vitamin b6 helped her

Umm, yes you can.  I wasn't about to get sick in front of my students.  I'd be teaching, run out and get sick, and come right back like nothing was wrong.  They did well considering they had no idea what was going on and mine are MUCH younger than college age.

Welcome! I'm also new. I'm a substitute teacher right now (the job market is awful in our area, as are the schools, both public and private). After four years of looking for a full-time position, I decided maybe I'm just supposed to be a stay at home mom, so we're going to start trying in a couple months.
