LO tilting head to one side

A few days ago,DS started tilting his head to his right side sometimes when he looks at us. He will smile big when he does it and does not seem to be in any pain. He doesn't have a fever, either.

Any ideas why he is doing this? I initially thought he was just looking at the world differently, because he started doing it after I looked at him while upside down and he thought it was hilarious. But I'm worried it might be something else.

My son started doing this about a week or 2 ago as well. I don't know about your LO, but my son is just doing it to be funny. He thinks it's halarious!!! I wouldn't be too worried about it unless he's in pain or if he's always doing it. Otherwise, I think they just learned a new trick :

This. My LO tilts her head to both sides. She loves it when you copy her.

We just talked about this on my BMB.  Some mommas have LOs who do it and the pedi said it was normal, but one person said it can be a sign of an ear infection, too, so keep an eye out for any other symptoms.
